1 c water
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minutes or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Continue beating until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees or until puffed and golden.
